  Contribution has been given by CONVERGENCE (represented by G. Morabito) to the proposal for the creation of the above Internet Research Task Force (IRTF) Working Group (WG). Both A. Falk and L. Eggert (previous and current IRTF Chairs) have provided positive feedback. The proposal will be presented at next IETF 81 – Quebec City, Canada. July 24 – 29, 2011. This proposal has been presented also to Cisco’s Stefano Previdi, member of the Internet Research Steering Group, Chair of the Peer-to-Peer Research Group (P2PRG), during a talk by N. Blefari Melazzi.
